L’association HERAITZEKOOP a vu le jour l’\u00e9t\u00e9 2023 avec l’ouverture d’un caf\u00e9 associatif, d’une large palette d’ateliers cr\u00e9atifs, de langues, de bien-\u00eatre, de cuisine, de r\u00e9paration\u2026 Elle compte \u00e0 ce jour plus de 100 foyers adh\u00e9rents.

\u00c0 ces activit\u00e9s, d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien pr\u00e9sentes, parfois inter-g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles, s\u2019ajoutait un autre projet qui a suscit\u00e9 un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat parmi vous : l\u2019\u00e9picerie participative.<\/strong> Elle a ouvert ses portes en mars 2024.

Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019achat des produits de l’\u00e9picerie, chaque adh\u00e9rent s\u2019engage \u00e0 participer<\/strong> \u00e0 hauteur de 2h par mois \u00e0 l\u2019une des activit\u00e9s qui fait vivre l\u2019association\u00a0: L’\u00e9picerie,\u00a0le caf\u00e9 ou l\u2019animation d’un atelier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi une \u00e9picerie participative ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Une gestion participative : <\/strong>Les d\u00e9cisions, le fonctionnement, tout est entre les mains des adh\u00e9rents, fond\u00e9 sur la confiance mutuelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Une solidarit\u00e9 locale :<\/strong> Nous \u0153uvrons pour une alimentation saine, durable, et de qualit\u00e9, en partenariat avec des producteurs locaux attentifs au terroir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00catre acteurs de notre consommation :<\/strong> Nous aspirons \u00e0 \u00eatre de v\u00e9ritables acteurs avec des achats responsables et une offre vari\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00catre acteurs de la transition \u00e9cologique : <\/strong>Des produits de saison, moins de transport, moins d\u2019emballages et de plastiques, une contribution concr\u00e8te \u00e0 la transition \u00e9cologique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Offrir un lieu de vie,<\/strong> de rencontres et de transparence totale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ouverte \u00e0 tous<\/strong>, sous condition de participation active au fonctionnement de l\u2019association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Comment participer \u00e0 l’\u00e9picerie ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Le fonctionnement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Ce sont les adh\u00e9rents qui font fonctionner l\u2019\u00e9picerie dans un climat de partage et de confiance, en tenant diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les : acheteurs, \u00e9piciers, r\u00e9ceptionnaires ou comptable.
    Pour acheter, il faut au pr\u00e9alable activer le \u201ccompte panier\u201d <\/strong>du foyer, par ch\u00e8que ou virement sur le compte de l\u2019\u00e9picerie.
    Il se compose :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • d\u2019un d\u00e9p\u00f4t permanent de 30\u20ac par foyer, n\u00e9cessaire pour payer les producteurs et avoir ainsi un fonds de roulement. Cette somme est restitu\u00e9e aux adh\u00e9rents qui arr\u00eatent de participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • d\u2019une somme libre destin\u00e9e aux achats, qui sera d\u00e9compt\u00e9e du compte panier directement par les \u00e9piciers, sans manipulation d\u2019argent. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
